That is why we offer support across diverse communities and can communicate in Arabic, Amharic, Oromo, Italian, and Somali, with additional language support arranged where possible.

SIL and Housing Pathways
We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports for participants with higher support needs who need regular assistance at home. Our approach focuses on safe support delivery, consistency, and respect for each participant’s routines and preferences.
We can also help participants and referrers explore suitable housing pathways, including connections to Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) where relevant to the person’s goals and support needs. We explain these options clearly so participants can understand what relates to housing, what relates to support delivery, and what the next step may be.
